1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Sportify ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Sportify provides personalized workout tracking, AI-powered coaching, fitness analytics, and health data integration services.
3. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
4. Pro Subscription (Auto-Renewable)
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you subscribe to a paid plan.
5. Apple Health (HealthKit) Integration
- The App may read and write workout data to Apple Health with your explicit permission.
- Health data accessed through HealthKit is used solely to display your fitness progress and sync workouts. It is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
- You can revoke HealthKit permissions at any time in your device Settings.
6. AI Coach
- AI-generated workout recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.
- Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sportify is not responsible for any injuries sustained while using the App. Use all workout recommendations at your own risk.
8. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the App settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
